We are seeking two Full time and two Part-time Sales and Customer service Representative to join our friendly team.  This is a challenging sales role, A positive can-do attitude is a must. Your hours of work will be a mix of mornings, evenings and weekends. There may be more hours during peak holiday periods. Successful applicants must be self-motivated and able to use initiative. You will also need to be well spoken and able to engage people aged 5 to 75 from around the world. 

Key responsibilities: 

  • Engaging potential customers.
  • Selling thrilling experiences.
  • Processing payments and record keeping.
  • Entertaining customers.
  • Looking after the equipment and keeping the shop clean.
  • Making and seeking bookings.

  • Energetic, resilient and very keen to be successful.
  • Be customer focused and have a passion for selling fun.
  • Have flexible availability to work throughout the week, nights and weekends.
  • Have well-developed communication skills.
  • Have a can-do attitude and excellent time management skills.
